STAMPING
Our presses range in size from 24 to 150 ton capacity. The speed of our presses varies from 20 to 450 strokes per minute. We inventory a wide range of steel and brass coil material to satisfy the demands of our customers who give us short lead times. We also have many nearby quality sources that can supply us with material at short notice.

ETCI builds stamping dies for the outside as well as for in house production runs. Many parts produced by ETCI are run in master dies with interchangeable cutting inserts. This means we can reduce the initial cost of tooling to the customer because the dies produce many different parts of many thicknesses and contours. ETCI has a no cost to the customer policy on maintaining tooling it builds and runs.

DIE CASTING
ETCI has conventional and four slide zinc die casting machines that can produce parts up to 9 ounces. Computer controlled machines allow fine adjustment so ETCI can produce the highest quality parts.

ETCI has hydraulic presses to trim die-castings on site. ETCI also has a vibratory finishing department to polish and remove sharp edges. ETCI fabricates custom machinery to process die-castings further. Such secondary operations may include drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and deburring. One of our semi-automated machines is pictured below. ETCI has a no cost to the customer policy on maintaining tooling it builds and runs.

Specialty Machine TOOLING
We have a fully equipped tool room to handle most of our needs in house which allows Exact Tool Company to quickly turn around jobs without having to deal with outside labor schedules and availability. ETCI designs, builds and maintains stamping dies, plastic and zinc injection molds, and specialized custom machines. ETCI has a standard practice of maintaining tooling it builds and runs in house at no cost to the customer. This includes sharpening, replacing broken components, and replacing worn out tooling.
